A while back I showed you some photos of our garden with our potatoes growing, well now this is the results.

Radish, Lemons. potatoes.

Sorry there is no picture of our lettuce but we have eaten it all. We also have a hungry tortoise who just loves lettuce.

All the shaws of the potatoes are dying back now so its time to lift them. Got to go and get some sacks  to put them all in.

I remember when I was young we lived on a farm and I used to help the tattie pickers pick their tatties. Then when I got older going picking myself and getting paid. I remember picking potatoes for a month solid. At first all my muscles ached but by the end of the month I was fine. Ah! the good old days.

Those veggies look delicious Judith! Mine are still very tiny. Except for the lettuce and spinach which we seem to have plenty of!

How wonderful a bounty. You don't need to go to the grocery store...how lucky and smart is that!
